Independence Day is Celebrated on 15th of August in INDIA. As on 15th of August 1947, India got freedom from BRITISH RULE. 15th August is a National holiday in India and celebrated with lots of joy and passion all around the nation on the occasion of Independence Day.
On 15th of August our Prime Minister will host the flag at Red fort in Delhi, and all Schools, Colleges, Offices, Banks , Hospitals , Govt offices also host the flags. Every were in India in T.V channels Patriotic movies will be displayed on that day. Our National Anthem "JANA GANA MANA" is sung buy every Indian.
